You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of TWD 1000 is required on arrival. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Please be noted: - Free shuttle is only available from Rauifang Railway Station to the property. For guests would like to return to the station, an additional charge will apply. - Free shuttle service is not available in Chinese New Year, Tomb Sweeping Day and National Day (1 to 10 October).
