The fine print
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Ascotia Off Queen in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of NZD 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that bookings with the general policy will be charged the first night's accommodation at the time of booking. Guests enjoy 1GB of free WiFi. You must show a valid photo ID upon check-in. Please note that if you do not have a credit card, Ascotia Off Queen requires a NZD $250 cash deposit upon check in to cover any incidental charges.
Please note that there is a 2.5% surcharge when you pay online with a credit or debit card and a surcharge for Credit card and PayWave onsite at time of check-in. Car Park is limited and advance reservation is recommended. Alternate parking options available in nearby buildings.
