Please inform Villa Armonia Boutique Living in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. If you require an invoice when booking a prepaid rate, please write this request and your company details in the Ask a question box. You are advised to bring your own vehicle as this property is not serviced by public transport. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are currently in effect at this property. Please note that an outdoor pool will be available from May 1st 2018.
Please also note that: -Kids over 4 years old should be accompanied and supervised by their parents on the terrace & in the pool area. -All guests will pay the stay of € 0.50 per night, valid from 01/01/18, which will be out of the basic price and will be paid upon arrival of the guests. -Children from 4 years of age and above are accepted, due to the rails out on the veranda not being suitable for younger children. -Children up to 18 years old must be accompanied and supervised by their parents on the terrace & in the pool area and generally all over the place of the villa. The villa does not take any responsibility in the event of an accident. -The villa has an alarm system. Guests are obliged when is absent of the Villa to activate the alarm system. We assume no responsibility in the event of loss of personal belongings. -On departure guests are assured that they have taken all their personal belongings.
