For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.The credit card used at the time of booking must be presented upon check-in. If the guest is unable to provide the same credit card, full payment will be required at check-in. Good choice of restaurants options for the evening included in the half board package. The different pool areas were all lovely and gave us options depending on what atmosphere we were after.

I had the incredible pleasure of celebrating my birthday at this amazing hotel – and I truly couldn’t have wished for anything more! From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed and completely at ease. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team (Reception & guest relations: Krish & Patrick, Menchie (special thank for playing the flute for me) & Souad, Restaurant: Shashwat, Diana, Nory, Sanna, Sounali, Room cleaning: Pakeeza)– you made my birthday so special with all the thoughtful surprises, kind wishes, and beautiful decorations. I was genuinely touched by the love and attention to detail. You went above and beyond to create unforgettable memories for me. The rooms were beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and extremely comfortable. The breakfast and overall service were absolutely outstanding. You can really feel the passion and care in everything the staff does. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to relax, celebrate, or simply enjoy life. Thank you for making my birthday so magical – I will definitely be coming back!

Clean, modern, absolutely everything is about your wellbeing. Staff is great and nice. You just need to relax and enjoy! In the resort there are so many thing to enjoy: - golf, padel - zoo - waterpark, pools - etc We had a wonderful time
