Location is in the middle of an authentic community, not touristy at all. Great if you're looking to experience real vietnamese culture and hospitality in Hanoi. It is a fair way from tourist attractions but very quiet area.

The hotel was so nice and it exceed our expectations. Staff are very friendly, polite and helpful (especially Miss My - receptionist). The environment I feel like its my second home. Will come back next time if I stay in Hanoi

The staff was really hospitable and helpful, helped me find a scooter to rent and with other details. When they are around, you can count on them. Bathroom is clean and neat, all amenities are there. WiFi is really good. Scooter parking is practical.

-Close to a Circle-K which is helpful -Good amenities/mini bar which was cheap -Laundry service was cheap -Plenty of GrabFood options available to be delivered to the hotel location -Bedside plug sockets and bedside table with lamp -Vanity mirror and desk
