Marie “Stunning hotel in a great location”

This is a huge beach resort with many pools and overlooking the beach. The staff are so friendly and helpful. We booked our trips at the hotel excursion desk and everything ran to time. We ate at the main restaurant, the Thai restaurant, pool bar and all are very good. The location is great as can easily walk into both Karon or Kata or jump in a tuktuk at the beachside exit. The hotel grounds are enormous with a lot of wildlife including the peacocks which frequently appear in the reception area. The rooms and balcony are stunning. There is some renovation work happening to refurnish each hotel block. This did not impact us in anyway as we were in one of the two newly renovated blocks and just stunning.

The facilities are quite well managed, although they are dated. The food quality is high and the prices are not expensive. The gym is quite decent.

There was a good choice of pools. The property was very scenic, with lots of lush greenery. There was an excellent shuttle service that took us around the resort.
