The apartment looks just like in the pictures - beautiful, clean. There is a separate bedroom, a living room with a TV and a kitchen area with everything you need for cooking and a really great view from the balcony. The area where it is located is clean and peaceful, with a large pool and sunbeds available. The apartment is in a great location - there are shops, cafes nearby, the ocean with a beach are only a few minutes walk away. There is also a bus stop nearby, so getting to the airport or other places on the island is easy. If you rent a car, there will also be a place for it on the neighboring streets.

Only once booked you are told the key collection procedure. we had to travel to the Roca Apartments to collect keys beforehand. the comms on whats app were excellent though. we had maps and clear directions. I planned to get taxi from airport but no early checkin allowed 3pm prompt only. i got number 66 bus directly from terminal. six stops later at a cost of 3 euro 50 i was at italia 6 street and bus stop 5 mins from roca. They let me change in their luggage room and returned after lunch. just took a stroll to the beach 5 mins away. the KoKA apartments where esther view is situated was walking distance. really no need for taxis. Apartment very modern, immaculate, excellent views and facilities, KOKA apartments i researched before and wasnt impressed but i think esthers place has been very modernised now. it location is great, only issue i didnt find a problem but others might was its above a nightclub that gets lots of youngsters outside on Saturday night only. The TV, The furniture, the amenities were great. Recommend to take your own towels and only one set of bedding available so had to wash sheets in the washer provided. Fridge/freezer oven hob (tricky to use) i haven't recommended for families because some of the new units have not been secured to the wall properly and would fall on young kids. the balcony views are great too i would without hesitation return here. it was fabulous
