The breakfast was fit for a king! Almost worth the cost of a night’s stay in itself! The owners are extremely friendly and the place looks well looked after. Excellent plentiful parking which is great for a city b&b. It’s on an avenue behind the house which required a little intuition to find.

Overall, it's definitely value for money. Small, simple but very clean room with all the services you need. the towels are good quality and are changed every day. directly connected to the airport by bus at 10 min walking from the university library. Good breakfast and Evelyn and the husband are very very kind.

Absolutely lovely staff/owners, they really took good care of me. The location was very good for my needs - near my place of work (it was a business trip), easy to get to by bus from the city centre and the railway station. Very warm and cosy room - an important consideration in Aberdeen in winter! Overall, good value for money - you get a room and breakfast for 50 quid, can't complain.

friendly genuine hosts, clean comfortable room excellent breakfast. ideal position with good transport links to city airport beach cultural and historic places.would definitely stay there again.
