The location is fantastic, central to good restaurants, 2 supermarkets, shopping, transport and activities. But the odd thing was how quiet it was. This is a high-rise apartment building, other residential and guest tenants above, below, left and right. You would not know this at all. No noise, nothing, not a murmur of their existence. That is just so rare. I've been an unwilling guest to a TV show I had zero interest in but started to know and love the characters involved. All whilst in bed in the apartment next door. Also, there is parking for a vehicle 2.3m high in close by North Terrace. Great for disabled parking or NDIS clients Wilson Parking.

Perfect location, we couldn’t have asked for better. Close to the tram, close the the mall and close to restaurants. Out of the way from the hustle and bustle of the city but close enough to enjoy all the benefits of the city. The owner was so accommodating to our needs, allowing us to check in earlier than expected. Thank you so much.
