The hotel was clean, all the staff were friendly and professional and the food was excellent. We tried to check in early because of flights and had emailed ahead but we were very early (8am vs a 3pm check in) so they were kind enough to let us leave our bags and change and Whatsapp'd when the room was ready. Staff are extremely accommodating. The hotel is central and has 2 entrances, one to the reception directly to the 8th floor and the other on the opposite side of the hotel straight onto the strip with all the bars, shops and restaurants. Beds are comfortable. The bathroom was clean and not nearly as exposed as some reviews I'd read had suggested

Great addition to have a pool, and the pool area and bar were great to have onsite. Right in the centre of Old Town so not having to walk far to the bars, restaurants or beach.
