A very friendly welcome was found from knowledgable and efficient staff on the 24 hr reception, their communication via messaging was very good too. For a 2 night stay before our flight home everything was fine. Room 116 was modern and minimalist in design and facilities, but it was well thought out, clean and functional. The large double bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was very compact but was adequate with modern and good quality fitments and always a supply of extremely hot water. Body, hair and hand wash liquids were provided with 2 bath towels, a foot mat, but no hand towels. The air con unit worked well. The room was at the far end of the carpeted corridor so it was in a quiet position. Detailed instructions regarding recycling and minimising any waste were displayed. The Wifi was good. The car parking was free and gated with an available code to open the gates. There was a beautiful park with waterfalls & activity areas etc. located about 1km from the Hotel going towards Alicante town.
