The air was relatively fresh, and breakfast was good. The meal at the restaurant was decent as well. However, the service left much to be desired. While the first shift of the dining team was attentive and professional, things took a turn for the worse after the shift change. The new staff seemed more interested in their phones or relaxing than in providing service—they neglected to bring clean plates or glasses and failed to refill the coffee pot, bring food. There's definitely room for improvement in staff attentiveness.
