A perfect, clean apartment - great location The property was located right in the middle of the town making it super easy to walk everywhere. It was only a few minutes walk from the beach, restaurants, bars and shops. You can also reach the old town in a few minutes. The place looked just like in the photos. It was super clean and the hosts were really helpful and nice. As it is in the middle of a town you can hear some noises from the street in the day but it was never loud and did not bother me. At night and in the morning everything was really quiet. The bedroom is at the back of the house which helps keep it so peaceful. I didn’t use the kitchen but it was really nice and had everything I might have needed. I asked for a fan for the patio as it was hot and one was provided immediately.

Casa Fenix is a modern, beautiful designed and maintained accommodation. It is centrally located yet quiet and relaxing. James and Sue are super hosts. They provided us with restaurant recommendations and tips about the lovely town of Altea. Thanks for the Cava, Beer and Water on arrival.

The location was perfect in old town, but still only about 5 minutes from the lovely beach. It was easy to reach the apartment by bus/tram from Alicante. The apartment was very spacious for 2 people and also spotless clean. Also the interiors of the apartment was very beautiful. Casa Fenix people were very responsive, which was great.

The apartment was beautiful and modern! Nicely decorated and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for us to be able to go to the promenade by the ocean, and close to the old town and the blue tiled Cathedral. The tram station to Denia was just afew meters from the property. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking to explore Altea!
