The hotel was in an ideal location for exploring the island of Upolu, close to Apia and a lot of services that you might need (car rental, markets, supermarkets, restaurants. The staff were extremely friendly, wanting to help at every turn and ensuring our stay was as expected. I emailed ahead and told them my wife and I were arriving on our anniversary and they provided a very special welcome for us, complete with garlands. It was so nice of them to do this and signalled exactly what our stay in Samoa would be like. The room was very comfortable, with a nice bed and a reasonable enough bathroom. It also had a TV but we didn't use it. The air conditioning was ideal in the Samoa heat and kept the room cool throughout the day and night. Close to the main town/city, we walked to many places, including the nearby car rental places and Fugalei Market.

The staff were all really friendly and welcoming. Brenda on the front desk was always smiling and offered to help me as much as she could. Nothing was too much trouble.
