Location, Breakfast and friendly staff were all great. Helpful in their advice in what to see and do locally (lunch and dinner recommendations definitely not tourist traps).

Breakfast was good varied and plentiful local food and drinks , omelette on request was delicious. Super friendly on arrival despite being very early, given coffee and rooms within 30 mins. However we requested quiet room, high floor and not interconnecting. The room had a side sea view balcony which we could not use as it was mainly a building site,car park, rubbish over the road. We complained straight away even before unpacking that we didn’t want an interconnecting room as it would be noisy and we wouldn’t sleep. The hotel was full of families with small children running around and screaming so we wanted to avoid that in the room next door. This could have easily been rectified by putting our friends in the room next door. The person in duty assured us it was great soundproofing from the street and the next room despite the interconnecting room. We didn’t get a full nights sleep the whole time because of screaming children and scraping of luggage and furniture in the room next door. This was really disappointing as I didn’t want to have to complain again or leave a bad review but the didn’t give us another room. Information was good about the beach club but we were not told where to catch the bus so we almost missed our bus. We asked to have a breakfast box to take to the airport as we weeee leaving before breakfast service and that was ready for us and greatly appreciated as there was a very big breakfast and it was packed nicely

The hotel is close to tourist attractions such as the castle and very close to the public beach and the services are very wonderful

The location is exceptionally great, a stone throw away to everything in the city, the balconies are beautiful
