We had a unique and unforgettable experience in Sardegna thanks to the warm hosts of Sa Tanca. We enjoyed fresh pastries and cakes baked by Franca for breakfast, and the delicious 4 course dinners of produce entirely farmed on site and lovingly hand made by Maria ensured we didn't want to dine anywhere else for the whole week of our stay (highlights being the pecorino and sausage, curlugiones, wild boar tagliatelle, suckling pig, home made Mirto). Nonna Francesca kindly toured us around the farm, introducing us to the puppies, chickens, pigs and rabbits. We got home every night to a clean and tidy room, which was simple and comfortable. As the sisters and mother speak only Italian, it was an excellent opportunity for me to practice mine, and they were very patient. We would happily return with more family and will recommend to any friends travelling there! We drove to the beach each day, with some world-class beaches between 30 minutes to 1 hour drive away, and were not busy, as this side of the island is apparently less touristic. We visited in May and enjoyed some beaches almost totally alone.

We had a fantastic stay in this Agriturismo. Location is very nice and peaceful; the room is very clean and it was great to spend some time in the garden and relax. Also a very good location to visit the Montevecchio miniera, Piscinas, Antas, Capo Pecora,... Food was also amazing (both breakfast and dinner) with lots of vegetables coming from their own garden. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Thanks a lot!
