The host was kind enough to let me do the check-in upon my arrival early in the morning. The apartment as a whole is very comfortable and has a great view from the balcony. Very good wifi and TV with Netflix.

The view over Plaza Urugay onto the river is Breath taking when you sit on the Balcony you see so much green but you are in the middle of the city . The apartmentis very well layed out and internet and shower is excelent... big table for working is always welcome.. my second time here will come again

The apartment was a good size and had a comfortable bed. Host Pedro was very informative. Air conditioning was good. Was handy having a washing machine. All in all it was a pleasant stay.

My favourite stay in Asunción so far. Located on the 6th floor of an apartment building you have wide views over the river with lots of Trees just in front of the Building. The Living room is a nice size with good layout with a private Balcony to enjoy the morning sun and evening views. Everything you need from Downtown Asuncion is in walking distance and the Building staff is very friendly and Helpful. I felt right at home.
