Great location close to Takapuna shops and the beach. Stayed for a night to go see a show at the Bruce Mason theatre

Exceptional service. They upgraded our room unexpectedly and free of charge. Gave us a late checkout, offered to let us use the facilities after we checked out due to being unable to use the sauna at the time we were hoping to. Just really felt like they valued our custom. Beds are SOOOO comfortable, large rooms, close to Takapuna beach for sunrise walks in the mornings.
