I was grateful they had a room as I mucked up my accommodation arrangements for the weekend. It was comfy, we were warm and it was not too expensive or hard to get to, we could also park there.

Large room with plenty of space to spread out.Very clean .Our room was changed to a ground floor unit on the advice of reception which was much better for us as older.We had a car park outside our unit and it was very quiet.Crockery and cutlery supplied as well as a microwave.We were well situated for ease of access to where we intended to go in Ballarat Loved the electric blankets Well lit (lhs bed lamp was shorting occasionally 😮) We would return again

Convenient for a 1 night stay in Ballarat. Location was great and onsite parking was perfect. The room was a nice size with a sofa and queen bed, plus a microwave and bar fridge, separate toilet and bathroom. Very clean. The woman on reception was very lovely and accommodated our request for a early check in which was extremely appreciated whilst it was a very rainy weekend and we were needing somewhere to rest during my son's basketball tournament between games.
