Host is very friendly and helpful. We had a good communication, host brief on do's and don't, so you know what should you not do. There is one parking lot allocated for guest. Secure area and peacefully neighborhood. 7-11 is a 5mins walking distance and there is quite numbers of halal stall around this area. Not far from Old Town Phuket and Khatu area (Tiger Kingdom, Shooting Range).
