Very kind staff, friendly and super professional. Accepted my request for an early check-in as I was only going to be staying there for a few hours and leaving the same night. The hotel is about 1-2 min walk from Bumrungrad International Hospital, which makes it perfect if you just want a clean, comfortable yet reasonably priced play to crash for hospital related travel to Bangkok.

the room facilities are great value with that the price is. One thing might need to improve is that , dinning area . I didn’t have much good experience in dinning area especially the first 4 days . A staff at the station for hot meal isn’t that friendly and often no one attend . Whenever want hot dish . I needed at go to casheer and look for help. Which I feel sorry for them cause they need to do cleaning and greeting clients.

Good size room, very comfortable. The hotel staff were all amazingly friendly and so helpful. This is the main reason why I rated 10.

Ros and the desk staff are wonderful. I stayed at the hotel once before and they remembered me, quite impressive given the number of guests they interact with. The restaurant is convenient and has a good menu.
