Front desk staff like Ria Angelina very professional in her handling of customer n always very knowledgeable n helpful. (Especially when i requested her to change my ferry depature time twice). Displayed a very pleasant disposition n always service with a SMILE! An asset to Aston Nagoya City Hotel.

Great location—close to the mall with plenty of food options nearby. The bedroom was clean and well-maintained, and the bed was super comfortable. The staff were also trustworthy. I accidentally left my valuables behind after checking out, and they kept everything safe until I returned. Really appreciate their honesty and service.

Cleanliness was not bad, bed is comfy and staff were friendly and helpful. Also interesting that google nest can be used to contact the front desk
