First of all, I liked the location of the hotel very much. It is very close to everywhere and it is a reliable location. When we think of the hotel, the staff are very polite and helpful people. The food is good, the rooms are very clean and if I go to Serbia again, I will definitely go to this hotel.

Everything was perfect. I got a room upgrade and it was so overwhelming. It was very clean and comfortable. Especialy the staff were so friendly and caring. When I come to Belgrade again, I definitely want to stay in this Hotel again!

Many thanks to the man from the reception for the high level of professionalism. It was some issues with the cleanliness in the room at the check in, but I was given a new room and dinner as a gift. Appreciate it. Hospitality on the high level.
