Excellent location lovely balcony to watch the sunset big bathroom with very good shower main bedroom with mini fridge and comfy bed breakfast very good si si and family are lovely and there to help you with anything 😊

We had an amazing stay at Sisi’s place in Bentota. The railway track is just next to the property, and the beach is right in front—such a perfect location! The rooms were super clean and spacious. The hospitality was outstanding, and the breakfast was delicious. Everything was just perfect for our one-day stay. Wish we had stayed for more days!

A superb place! Host and his family are very welcoming and able to help with everything you might need or want to do. Very good breakfast. Room is spacious and clean, and I think shower was the best I had in Sri Lanka. The place is just next to the railway but the trains don’t go during night hours. Personally I didn’t mind at all, but every now and then it’s a bit noisy.

You can't beat the location of this hotel, just a short three-minute stroll to a stunning open beach. The hotel itself felt new and was spotlessly clean, and our room was fully equipped with everything a guest could need. To top it off, they offered a delicious breakfast each morning, and our host, Sisi, was exceptionally friendly and made me feel very welcome. It was the perfect base for a beach getaway and a relaxing recovery before heading to the airport and saying goodbye to Sri Lanka!
