The bedroom was great. Spacious and clean. Lovely bathroom with a bath as well as a shower. Spa was an added bonus. Didn't try the breakfast but there were apples available and the bar staff and area were great. Easy access from the airport and into the centre. S Bahn and Strassenbahn on our doorstep.

Have just returned from a 3 night stay at Vienna House. This is a wonderful hotel for the price. Spotlessly clean and all the staff I encountered were so kind and helpful. It has an impressive large atrium with it's own shop, bar, and working areas. It's location is slightly outside the main city centre, but perfect for us to get away from the busyness of downtown, and the tram is directly outside. The SBahn station - Landsberger Allee - is just next door and is on the Ring line so you can easily get anywhere. I'll definitely be back when I'm next in Berlin. Highly recommend.

I was genuinely pleased with many aspects of my stay, such as the exceptionally friendly staff, the free upgrade, the clean and spacious room, the amenities that created a truly relaxing atmosphere and not to mention the location. Getting to and from the hotel was easy peasy. I was, unfortunately, quite disappointed with the breakfast experience. The standard breakfast selection felt rather basic and underwhelming, especially considering its price point. I tried to better my experience by ordering room service breakfast at an additional cost, and I was really disappointed. Paying over €20 for soggy, cold, and unappetising eggs was a significant letdown, casting a shadow over an otherwise enjoyable stay. It's a shame that such a high-quality hotel fell short in this crucial area.

The room was perfect, bathroom with a bathtub and a shower exceeded my expectations. The SPA are is also perfect; very nice saunas and jacuzzi provide really good opportunity for a nice SPA session.
