Apartament is new, well equiped and extremely clean. It is close to Biograd where you can find a lot of cafes and shops. The host is very helpful and responsive. I recommend this place.

Very hospitable and helpful host. Apartment was new and kept very clean including the hallway and garden area. It was the extra touch, such as the lavender sachet, that made the difference. The beach was only a few meters’ walk and one can reach Biograd na Moru center, where most shops and restaurants are located, within 15-20 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by car. We would definitely recommend Residence Jonathan to family and friends visiting the Zadar region.

The property is modern & very clean. There are good mesh panels at window & patio doors - not a single insect inside all week. (Mosquitoes ruined last holiday in another property) it’s in a quiet location - all you can hear are crickets day & night. Loved the peacefulness. It is close to a shop & the beach. The walk into town is a pleasant sea front walk.
