Check in was easy and the staff were really welcoming. We were upgraded to the penthouse suite FOC which was a lovely touch, plenty of room and the bed was really comfy. Fridge in the room with water and soft drinks provided also. Bar was nice and the staff chatted with us into the night Continental breakfast was nice, fruits, cereal, toast, meats and chese and croissant's along with coffee, teas and juices. Full english is available for an additional cost. There was parking available at the rear of the property and was in short walking distance of all the attractions Blackpool had to offer; it was very conveniently located. Would recommend and we would stay again next time we need a room in Blackpool

The staff were amazing and couldn't do enough for us. Very friendly. Gorgeous spacious and clean room. Great location. Lovely addition of the spa facilities. Definitely recommend. Will be back
