Everything was great, the Location, Decor, it was clean, neat and tidy, staff were great the room was fine, but a long way from reception, however it is one of the biggest hotels in Blackpool so that could be expected

Reception staff helpful, nice. Room clean, everything worked and TV.Everything in room you need, Lots soaps, teas, Coffee. I request Seaview from room,when made booking on line with booking. com. this was not ignored and got sea view. Lovely hotel and lovely room.

Good breakfast but very crowded in the dining room.
