Since the very first moment Vijay was extra helpful talking with the tuktuk driver so that he could find the place with any problem, as it is a bit difficult to find with the location in Booking. The house is located in a small village called Sujata, just some minutes away from Bodh Gaya, and its people were lovely and welcoming since we arrived until we left. The house and the room were very clean, and even though the bed seemed quite hard when we touched it we slept surprisingly well. Vijay also provided us with a vehicle to move around since minute one, which was extremely helpful to get to the places we wanted to visit. We highly recommend that you rent a bike or a scooty to move around, as there are many temples to see and it will save you some time and money on transports. In the 3 days that we spent there (we soon did regret that we made it so short) we had time to know a bit the culture of the place and to feel the kindness of Vijay, who's involved in charity projects helping kids from poor families to get both school material and basic education so that they can have better opportunities in the future. When we had to leave with a bus, he took care of everything, from making some calls to know the exact spot where the bus was stopping to booking a tuktuk from his place... We felt like no host ever took so much care of us. If you are looking for a luxury stay this is not your place, but if you want to live an autentic rural experience in a nice spot surrounded by kind and heartwarming people, don't hesitate. Vijay and his family will make you feel like at home.

It is amazing....the owner, Vijay and his family are the best i ever met in India, what to say more? too much...First of all, you are on the othe other side of the bridge but litteraly in 2 mins by auto o little sharing taxi and with 10 rs, ypu can cross the bridge and you are in the main market really close by from all you must see in Bodhgaya, but here you will quite time far from all the noisy little city!!! About the place itself, it is super nice...nice rooms, clean, 2 with balcony, 2 big and clean sharing bathrooms, everything super new...and as i was saying before, Vijay and his family provide you everything...and also will help you to find everything, from laundry to shops of any kind...and plus they can cook for you (obviously what they cook for them self, it's a family guest house), they are finishing a common kitchen too for the future (anyway they gave me all the necessary to cook my own eggs in the morning)..upstairs you have a big roof top that they have to finish to make some shade...but hey...have you seen the price?!?!? so please...come and enjoy!!! Thank you Vijay...YOU ARE THE BEST!!! BIG HUG AND SEE U REALLY SOON!!!!
