The fine print
When booking more than 9 rooms, special conditions and supplements may apply.Please note, Colombian residents abroad and foreign guests are tax-exempt when buying a tourist package (accommodation plus service). A Visa TP - 11 or Permiso - 5 / PTP - 5 tourist visa must be presented upon arrival.If you travel with your child under eighteen (18) years of age, you must present the minor’s identification document and the document corroborating the first degree of consanguinity (biological father - child) or first degree of civil kinship (adoptive parent - adoptive child).
If the minor does not travel in the company of his parents, it will be indispensable that the responsible adult delivers at the reception, in addition to the identification document of the minor, the permission of the parents with personal presentation before a notary public, together with the copy of the identification document of those who gave the authorization. Without this documentation, minors will not be allowed in the hotel. This is in accordance with the law.
Breakfast is not included for children under 11 years old when using existing beds and should be paid at the hotel upon check-in. Meal plans are not included.All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel.Pets allowed for an extra charge per night. The location and safety of the property is top notch, the breakfast was really good, bed was comfortable , shower was hot and the environment is very peaceful. The staff are very good.

The best thing about this hotel was the breakfast; there was an unlimited buffet with many delicious options. It is in a good location in the north of the city, near one of Bogota's most significant and well-known shopping malls (Unicentro). My room was spacious and clean, and the bed was huge and comfortable. The facilities had a vintage design but were well-conserved and clean. The staff was very kind and helpful with my requests and questions. Definitely, it's the fanciest hotel that I've ever visited for now!
