The male staff at the reception on our arrival and the host welcoming guests at the breakfast were absolutely amazing! Professional, polite and always willing to help. Customer service was really good, also if you need to print out you can use the printer next to the reception. The location was quite convenient, walking distance from the Parliament and the river.

Wonderful hotel. Great location. Smiling and polite staff. Very good breakfast and a great restaurant Axis with friendly staff and delicious food. We will be happy to visit again. Sincere thanks to the staff for their attitude towards the children and the attention they paid to them.

The room was spacious and quiet. The hotel was overall nice, clean and included a bar/restaurant. There was also a direct entrance into Westend mall. Breakfast was great. All staff was in general very efficient and helpful. Special thanks to Fiorella, the breakfast manager, very kind, friendly and attentive. Thank you!
