The hotel is nicely located in the first line of buildings from the beach, with nice views on the mountains on one side and on the coast on the other. We enjoyed old Budva which is withing 1 hour walk from the hotel. The building is quite new and modern. Our rooms were spacious and comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean. The breakfast was quite good with wide variety of food. However all hot dishes were barely warm or even cold and that needs to be changed.

Very nice views. Sauna and pool are great. Very close to the Sea. Staff was very nice.
