The location was very good, with restaurants and stores within a few minutes' walk, including the Lotte Department store in the basement. The room was comfortable and well appointed, and we were really impressed with the courtesy and helpfulness of the staff.

Our room was fantastic. The Club Lounge was excellent - Great Staff and Great selection of food at breakfast, afternoon and evening. Booking the Busan Private Guided Tour at the Concierge Desk was so convenient - The list of Tour Guides in their booklet was great.

I had a fantastic stay at Lotte Hotel Busan. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from the train station, which made it really convenient for getting around. Highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure trips!
