My experience during my recent visit to Concorde El Salam was outstanding. From the moment I arrived I was greeted by an immensely welcoming and professional Customer relations member of staff Named Julliet who went the extra mile to highlight all the information and ensure my stay started on very positive start. The restaurants were superb and rooms impeccable. THANK you for your warm hospitality

An oasis in the bustle of Cairo. The hotel is beautiful. During the day, the garden/pool & service was great. In the evening, we dined al fresco (twice) at the Italian resturant which was excellent - the Egyptian rose wine was an enjoyable surprise. Our room was upgraded which was a lovely touch and we were kindly able to have a late (2pm) check out & was greatly appreciated. The staff and customer service were excellent (we were contacted on several occasions to ensure our stay was fine) and again, this was greatly appreciated. The spa & gym facilities are great - I had a fantastic back message which was great value compared to UK prices. The hotel pick-up/drop off to CAI was efficient/smooth.

Clean and well organised . The transport is available from the hotel to anywhere and there was airport shuttle
