We were greeted by Wasim who was friendly, polite and professional. Took our details and happily changed our room when we asked. We then met the lovely Taz who again was really friendly, warm and nothing was too much trouble for her. It was pleasantly quiet so slept well considering the place was busy. The staff were simply wonderful. It's not the travel lodge or premier inn and the owner should do more to bring the place up to more than basic.

The staff member I dealt with was very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I was pleased with the bathroom , and considering its location next to a busy road was reasonably quiet

Budget hotel so what you'd expect for the very low price. However the room was clean (but very basic and could do with updating), bed was comfortable, tea and coffee too. Staff friendly, welcoming and helpful
