The properly was lovely! perfect location, 15 minute bus journey into venice which the hotel kindly offered tickets to make it easier for us. Owners and staff were exceptional from the moment we arrived to the moment we left! if i were to return to venice there wouldn’t be a doubt in my mind to return to this hotel!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options to start the day. The location, while just outside Venice, was perfect—only a 10-minute bus ride to the heart of the city, with a bus stop conveniently right outside the hotel. Highly recommend for a comfortable and well-connected stay.

We had a lovely stay at Antica Fenice. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly — especially the young man at the reception who was attentive and very helpful throughout our stay. Breakfasts were good, and the hotel was well-equipped for families. We traveled with our 1.5-year-old baby, and the room had a nice baby bed ready for us, which made things much easier. The location is also very convenient: just a 15-minute direct bus ride to Venice, with the bus stop very close to the hotel. It’s also just 15 minutes by bus to the airport. The hotel has a lovely terrace where we enjoyed our morning coffee — a great way to start the day. Highly recommended for a comfortable and stress-free stay near Venice!

The staff were very friendly. Although breakfast is only from 8am, they were able to accommodate us for breakfast at 6:30 as we had an early train to catch.
