I would like to take a few minutes to share the EXCELLENT experience we had at Hotel Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres. We have traveled to Cancún on three previous occasions, staying between Playa del Carmen and the Hotel Zone. We keep coming back because we truly love this city—it’s an incredibly beautiful and fun destination, and overall the quality of service and hospitality is top-notch. This time, we decided to book in the Costa Mujeres area, mainly due to its newer infrastructure, focus on comfort, and reduced presence of sargassum on the coast. This trip was a special one—it was our honeymoon, so we chose a hotel that came highly recommended, and it absolutely lived up to and even exceeded our expectations. Hotel Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres was a perfect choice. The warmth of the staff, the facilities, the beach, the quality of the drinks and food… everything contributed to making it a wonderful experience. Not a single day went by that we didn’t enjoy ourselves—we were cared for down to the last detail. Our assigned butler, Victor, guided us every step of the way. He arranged a romantic dinner on the beach for our special day, which was an unforgettable, one-of-a-kind experience. He helped us choose the perfect day and time to enjoy dinner while watching the sunset. He was attentive to our every need—a true professional in hospitality. The quality of the shows was highly professional and entertaining. We were lucky to be there on the night of the Mexican Show, an immersive experience featuring dancing, music, a trick roping performance, mariachis, and a special shoutout to a singer whose voice was reminiscent of Pedro Infante himself. The food deserves a special mention—some of the best gastronomic experiences we've had at any resort. Highlights include the Japanese restaurant Kabuki and the Argentinian steakhouse "Don Jaume." The quality of the drinks was also above standard, and the service was always friendly and attentive.

The only tasteful meal we had was at the Bistro Brasserie restaurant for my wife’s birthday dinner which was delicious, worth to note we are foodies and enjoy tasteful food. Eduardo, the day manager and his team at il bataccio restaurant went above and beyond with regard to service. Eduardo arranged my wife’s birthday dinner as well as a special table setup with rose petals for our final dinner at the resort.

A great range of food options in the buffet restaurant & some lovely specific cuisines (the Italian was our favourite), 95% of the staff members were friendly, engaging and genuine. The Entertainment team were amazing too. The rooms were extremely clean and fantastic that the mini bar and room service is included in the all-inclusive. The gym is one of the best we've experienced at a hotel - it's huge with almost everything you could think of, including daily classes. We had the hydrotherapy session and the gentleman who showed us each part of this was FANTASTIC - I wish I could remember his name!
