Location, location, location: The studio was perfectly located for us to visit family in La Bocca, and the bus stop just outside made it super easy to get into Cannes and beyond. Space-efficient: The studio is small, but it's well thought-out and makes efficient use of space, so it never felt cramped. Outside living: One of the highlights was having our morning coffee on the balcony and watching the world go by - mainly birds and the occasional cat! We could even see beyond the well-kept gardens to the sea. We won't hesitate to book the studio again!

The location was perfect near the bach and also there is a bus station out side the apartment, the train station is also near about a 5 min walk. The owner was wery nice and the apartment was clean. There is a garage for your car and it is underground

Very nice apartment for two people, which has everything you need from crockery to beach chairs. We really enjoyed the sandy, clean beach across the street from the apartment, where you can enjoy the sea without the crowds of holidaymakers. There are public transport links just minutes away, so getting to the centre of Cannes is quite easy. There are shops and a bakery nearby. I would like to thank Philippe for his hospitality.

The apartment is beautiful, with everything you need for a stay Phillipe is a great person. He replied very quickly to emails and was there to greet us and show us around the apartment He was also very helpful with iformation regarding busses to town, etc This is definitely a hidden jewel The beach is 100yds away, and is a public beach and lovely (the main part is quite course stoney sand, so the bit right in front of the apartment complex is quieter and nicer to get in and out of water) Thank you again Phillipe, we hope to see you in the future
