A wonderful discovery. This is a quirky one-bedroom apartment luxuriously appointed with thoughtful amenities and a welcoming and friendly hosts who live in the villa above.

We had a wonderful 2 weeks stay in this apartment. Ben and Saskia were the perfect hosts, they were very friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment itself exceeded our expectations, firstly the location is perfect, out the front gates and 5 minutes walk away you are on the stunning coastal path which leads directly into Monaco, walk out the back gate and you are a 5 minute walk away to the centre of Cap d’Ail with its excellent range of shops, bakeries and restaurants, we really could not have chosen a better location. The facilities at the apartment were excellent, exceptionally clean, spacious and comfortable and with air conditioning which was very welcome. The gardens and pool with its view towards the ocean were a delight

Exactly as advertised! Really clean, very friendly hosts and (if you’re moderately fit) everything on walking distance (Monaco, Cap d’Ail village center & beaches)

The welcoming host nothing was too much trouble, cleanliness, superb location, pool, air con, car parking, proximity to Plage Mala, and La Pinede restaurant just down the road which is superb
