The house is 2 minutes of walk from the sea, in a quiet street. It is made of 2 apartments that have separate access, private outdoor area, and can be connected. The area is fantastic, in front of the house the beach is rocky, so you need shoes, and is not great for small children. However, the Pescoluse beach is 15 minutes by car and has everything a family with younger children would need. We were 2 families with teenagers and found the position of the house and surroundings great for our needs.
