The staff is very helpful and proactive. When I requested them to shift us to mountain view room on day two, they assured and did that. The room is spacious, bathroom is clean and well maintained.

The location is quite convenient. The rooms are clean and airy, as are the bathrooms. There is place to park in the compound and the breakfast was quite enjoyable.

Room was neat and the washroom was also clean Room is at the centre of Cherrapunji Room had residential houses view on one side and valley view on the other side

The rooms were great. Everything was clean. The staff were very responsive and welcoming. The surroundings were beautiful. Ample parking space.
