Lovely hotel in a central position. A short walk to the river and lots of shops and restaurants. The L train also stops next to the hotel. Breakfasts were delicious - loved Steve, so cheerful every morning. The Roof bar was also an added bonus and Caitlin deserves a mention for her happy and friendly attitude.

The room was very beautiful, with a great view to the City. The relaxation bathtub was great and the large windows give a beautiful panoramic view.

Front desk staff was very welcoming, kind, and attentive at check in and check out. The room was clean with a nice view of the river, comfortable bed, and spacious bathroom. Fantastic location- literally across the street from the Chicago Theatre where we were attending a show; quick walk to Millennium Park as well as the River.
