Excellent as always. Joseph and his staff are very attentive making sure guests are comfortable. Nothing is a trouble.

Everything. Good location within easy walk to centre of Desenzano, Lake Garda, the ferry, cafés and restaurants. Good breakfast and big clean bedroom and en-suite Staff amazingly friendly and helpful.

Location was perfect. Just off the main beachfront meant the late night noise didn't affect us. Beds were very comfy and breakfast wasn't too bad with the eggs actually remaining hot

Location was great for the town and boats to Sirmione and other Lake Garda destinations. Free parking outside the hotel. Buffet Breakfast is included in rate.
