Saeed “Great Apartment but Customer Service Needs Improvement”

The apartment is very nice and clean. But it smelled very strongly of cigarettes and it is advertised as a nonsmokimg apartment. Horrible smell. Also, the process of going to the unit is time-consuming. We did not expect that. You have to wait for their rep to show you to the apartment. We waited in the lobby for 20 minutes or more. Only one entry card worked from the 3 they gave us. Whoever owns this unit needs to improve the customer service.

The property was very clean and check in at 5am was very easy. The ground staff are very polite and helpful. I would stay here again.

Extremely well located to visit the Burj Kalifa area, two nice and comfortable rooms, great bathrooms. The pool with unique view over the Burj tower.
