The fine print
Please note that all pre-paid reservations should be made through a secure link provided by the property. The link will be sent after the booking is made. Please be advised that there is a residential tower development currently underway outside the hotel premises behind the hotel’s Royal Club Tower Building. Guests may experience visual as well as intermittent noise disturbances. As per Government guidelines, children under 5 years have to be supervised at all times in the Adult and Children’s pool, and must wear a floating jacket in the adult pool.Pool Maintenance
Essential maintenance and enhancement works are scheduled for the Lower Pool from 1st July to 31st August 2025. These daytime works are designed for minimal noise or visual disturbance. The resort's other two outdoor pools remain fully operational for uninterrupted guest enjoyment.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

We loved every moment of our stay at this resort. The pools are beautiful and there is access to the beach with service to the beach chairs. The buffet food was amazing. The service from the staff was the best part of our stay. They upgraded our room for free to a sea-view room and gave us a complimentary cake and romantic setup for our honeymoon. They also discounted the buffet price for us. They were so welcoming and accomodating, we would definitely come back.

1. The staff were excellent - always courteous, professional and helpful. This seems to be common across all staff and management we met. Congratulations to your staff and your training programmes. 2. The Club Room & Gravity Bar were convenient for the family breakfast, afternoon refreshments and pre-dinner cocktail. 3. The grounds of the hotel are very peasant and well kept 4. The choice of restaurants in the Hotel complex was very good. Highlights were Indya, La Strega, The Beam. The Beach Bar was a highlight and is very well managed. 5. Help with transport to the airport when for all of my family.
