Raman at the reception was not courteous. Expected more hospitality. I had option of early check in and had booked myself for 13:00, and had requested for a smoking room. Upon reaching, firstly Raman had no smile on his face, and informed me that my room was not ready. I told him that I had early check in option but he a still wanted to verify it. There was no preference recorded in the system. After showing the email he said he didn't have a ready room. After making some noise I was given the choice of a non-smoking room. I accepted it as I didn't want to waste my time any further.

My 3rd time in Dubai, 3rd stay in Millenium Plaza Downtown and it feels more and more like home. The location of the hotel couldn't be any better. The suite was great with amazing view to Museum of the Future. All staff are amazing, always helpful and at our disposal day and night for all our requests. Their efforts and promptness to accommodate us in the same suite we usually stay in didn't go unnoticed and was very much appreciated. Checkin and checkout process fast and smooth, Concierge always helpful, ladies in the restaurant always very polite and smiling. Food is always nice with plenty of options. Hopefully, next time we visit the 17th floor will be ready to receive guests as the breakfast area was a bit too crowded this time, but was totally understandable.
