Attentive and personable staff who will remember your coffee order each day, spotlessly clean, family friendly, really nice pool, great breakfast, spacious room. Granted, it isn't new anymore but it has a comfortable and familiar warmth new hotels don't have. I'd recommend it.

Did not use the pool as too hot. Breakfast was amazing, so much choice and quick service. Only criticism I have is one morning I ordered eggs and they were cold. Room was really spacious and had everything I needed. Opted for the upgraded room with the club lounge access. Don’t get much support from the butler service, but then I didn’t really ask for it.
