The staff are great. Special shout outs to Adam, Ritah and Nadeem and many others whose names I didn’t catch I understand some of the comments saying it is old and needs being refurbished. Yes, it’s not modern but perfectly serviceable. As for noise, yes if you are on the road side with views of the Burj Khalifa, it is noisy from the traffic. You can request a garden view which is not noisy at all. Nice pool and facilities. Massive apartment. We had a 3 bedroom. No problems with any of the facilities and Reception sorts anything g out really quickly. Our first apartment had a bit of noise from traffic at the rear so we were moved the next day. Both apartments very good. Best bit is that it is an aparthotel. Towels changed sheets changed. Daily cleaning. Washing up liquid and sponge supplied. You might want to bring a tea towel and some kitchen roll if really fussy. We brought some washing machine and dishwasher tablets but not necessary as they provide detergent if requested. Really 10 minutes walk to Dubai Mall
