Modern and clean apartment with a nice balcony. There are several restaurants with good prices and great food and groceries in the same building and in the next one. The JBR walk and a tram station are in 5 minute walk distance. By tram you can easily get to Marina and metro station and we used it a lot (btw tram and metro tickets are the same thing so you just buy one and use it for both) Check-in/out instructions were super clear and overall service is great!

The location is brillant. The beach is close by as well as the tram and grocery stores.

Good location, just a 10-minute walk to JBR beach, shops nearby and 20 20-minute walk from Marina Mall and Dubai metro. The apartment is spacious, large terrace with a nice view. Recommended!
