I have stayed there in June 2024. The hosts Junaid and Tasmiya were very helpful and welcoming so you could really feel like being a part of a household. The room were large and beds extra-large and comfy. For breakfast you could help yourself to whatever was in the kitchen. The view from the balcony was superb and a great setting to have breakfast and interesting conversations with people staying there. There is local supermarket downstairs and a large mall nearby. The beach is just 10 min walk away. Also getting there from the airport is easy. Use the red line train and transfer to a tram on DMCC station. Get off at JBR 1 station and walk 5 min.
